There is this great book called “Blue Ocean Strategy” that talks about not being in the space where all the sharks are feeding but go to the ‘Blue Ocean' where the water is clear and there is less competition for food (clients). What you have to do is be disruptive, or become different enough so people will stand up and take notice. Then you have to make it super clear as to how this benefits them. Turning chaos into calm is all about giving people the opportunity to understand their needs, wants, and desires, and give them clarity as to what their options are and how and why you can be a positive solution to their needs.
