It's hard to believe that's it's been a year that most of us have been on lockdown due to the pandemic. It has been tough on some and we all need a way to stay upbeat and redefine our purpose.
There is a Japanese word, Ikigai, that means “a reason for being”. The word refers to having a direction or purpose in life, that which makes one's life worthwhile, and towards satisfaction and a sense of reason.
To find that purpose, it has a convergence of four key things:
- What Do You Love?
- What Are Your Good At?
- What The World Needs?
- What You Can Be Paid For?
In this episode, we will explore how to find your Ikigai (and not be an Icky Guy or Gal) and how that can help you get through not only the tough times but bring new meaning and purpose to your life!
