I recently did something I have not done in over 5 years. I hopped on a plane and went to Raleigh North Carolina to meet a bunch of people I have not yet met in person.
The last few years have been filled with new connections online and through Zoom, but face-to-face meetings have been rare. It's one thing to meet online, but it often takes Know, Like, & Trust to a new level when you meet in person.
Most people have networks of close connections (your TRIBE) of around 150 people. Each of them probably knows 10 people (over 1,500 total) who can help you and visa versa. From there, you can amplify your reach to over 15,000 people (again amplifying by 10) simply by:
- Exploring your TRIBE's connections
- Ask who they want to meet and reciprocate
- Encourage your team to connect with current and past customers online
