Last week, I taught a class at Aurora University this week (actually two) for a masters degree program. They were both trying to create a campaign for a luxury travel company that provides experiences. What I did is outline the keys to success. By the time I was done, they started to understand how to create a strategic plan that would help them communicate to their perfect audience and start to build communities.
