Although it started out as a graphic, what I found myself doing was making a case for Case Studies. Case Studies are often conflated with White Papers. A white paper talks about the implementation of a solution, while a case study provides actual examples of how a solution fixes a problem.
A Case Study is not a press release or advertising. It's also NOT ABOUT YOU! It's about the client or customer and their story.
It should also follow the example of a Hero's Journey script. While those have 12 parts, a Case Study should focus on three parts:
- Problem?
- Solution?
- Results!
In this episode, we will explore how to create a great Case Study that can help more people know how you can become the best solution to THEIR problem (if they have a similar one)!
