On November 2nd, 2014, this podcast was launched. It was originally called “My Marketing Magnet” because I thought people would not get the BACOn reference about me and my book “It’s Not About You, It’s About Bacon! Relationship Marketing in A Social Media World!”. Boy, was I wrong?

Three months later, I changed it to “The Bacon Podcast” and it started to take off. I had to go through all the past episodes and re-edit them with new intros and outros, text, art and more! Now it receives thousands of downloads a month and was voted one of the top small business podcasts by Inc. Magazine!
